I have recently started messing aroungd with Image Sequences as clipmaps.
Two different projects:
On the first , I am tryng to make a logo "write itself out" but the logo
has a thickness (3D).
I made an animation (2d) f of the logo writing itself out black and white.
then I clipmapped the image sequence on to my 3d logo (I used planar imagemap in the Z axis and autosize)I even checked it in modeler to make sure the images "fit" the object, and it seemed to,
When I render an image though, The CLIPMAP GOES CRAZY. The object becomes completely trashed. The object is missing whole letters and there is alot of Specs of object everywhere.
I don't understand what it could be? has this happened to anyone? Is there
something I missed?
The Second project, is a @2dimensional animation of a person that i want to
put into a 3dimensional world. I use a sequence of alpha animation to
clip the character for shadows, It seesms to work fiene, but in a couple of random frames the character will be missing half of i'ts body or its head.
like if someone cut up a paper doll.
It looks like LW only loaded part of the Image or something.
Does anyone know what these problems are coming from?
